The Sheridan Junior Yellowjackets eighth grade team advanced to the semifinals of the River City Conference Tournament at White Hall, with a 57-36 win over the Little Rock Fuller Middle School Panthers on Saturday.
The Sheridan Junior Lady Jackets freshman team opened play in the River City Conference post-season tournament at Watson Chapel on Saturday with a 33-14 win over the White Hall Junior Lady Bulldogs. They were set to take on Jacksonville on Monday night in the semifinals of the tourney.
