Bagwell sentenced to 20 years on rape charge
Teresa Howell, Prosecuting Attorney for the Seventh Judicial District of Arkansas, announced on March 13 a six-man, six-woman Grant County jury found 32-year-old Billy Bagwell guilty of rape, a Class Y felony.

Shooting on Grant 56 leaves one dead and juvenile injured
A 46-year-old woman was killed and a 13-year-old injured in a shooting in Grant County last week. A 42-year-old man has been arrested.
Harp sentenced to 10 years on drug related charges
On Friday, Jan. 17 a Grant County jury found Michael Jason Harp guilty of Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class C felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D felony.
Robinson pleas guilty to 13 counts of rape, sentenced to 50 years
On Jan. 27 in accordance with the wishes of the victims’ family, Donald Robinson, a 35-year-old Grant County resident, entered negotiated pleas of guilty to 13 counts of rape, each a Class Y felony, according to a press release issued by the Grant County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
