Birth Announcement

Please fill in this form and submit it before Wednesday at noon.

The cost is $5 for up to 150 words with or without a photo and 10 cents each additional word. If you have any special requests or comments, please discuss them with someone at the office

Contact The Headlight office at 870-942-2142 to submit payment. Payment is required prior to publication. Announcements will not be published without payment.

Be sure to mention hometowns of persons named in article.

Please, keep in mind that these items run as space is available. Therefore, the earlier you return this form the sooner it may be published. However, it still may not be published for several weeks.

Photos are accepted and can be black and white or color prints. Please submit photos in formats of *.jpeg or *.jpg. Save these photos at a minimum resolution of 200 dpi.
