Anniversary Announcement

Please fill in this form and submit it before Wednesday at noon.

The cost is $10 for up to 250 words and 10 cents each additional word with or without a photo. If you have any special requests or comments, please discuss them with someone at the office.

Contact The Headlight office at 870-942-2142 to submit payment. Payment is required prior to publication. Announcements will not be published without payment.

Be sure to mention hometowns of persons named in article.

All wedding anniversary announcements run as space is available, so there is no guaranteed date of publication. We do try to run them according to the one with the closest event date as space permits. The sooner you turn the form in, the better chance you have of your announcement running before the date of the ceremony. We recommend turning in the form four weeks prior to the anniversary date.

Photos are accepted and can be black and white or color prints. Please submit photos in formats of *.jpeg or *.jpg. Save these photos at a minimum resolution of 200 dpi.
