Jackets’ winning streak snapped
The Sheridan Yellowjackets’ baseball team entered their Tuesday, March 14 game against El Dorado riding a seven-game winning streak. El Dorado put the Jackets in an early hole leading 5-0 after three innings en route to a 9-3 win for the Wildcats.
Indians’ offense stymied
The Poyen Indians’ baseball team played two games last week and were held to one run in both games. They fell 5-1 at Hot Springs on Monday, March 13, then lost 11-1 at home to Bismarck on Tuesday, March 14.
