Sheridan pound receives new kennel slab through volunteer efforts

Volunteers with Last Hope K9 Rescue of Boston, Mass., recently invested not only time and labor but also the funds to lay a new concrete slab for dog kennels at the Sheridan Animal Control Center. They were assisted by local volunteers, and also spent time cleaning kennels and washing all of the dogs and puppies at the pound. Photo by Gretchen Ritchey
