Norman Brinkley "Richard" Harper

Norman Brinkley “Richard” Harper of Prattsville, Ark., was born Sept. 7, 1926, in Jaggers, Ala., the son of the late Allie Porter Harper and Zula Mae Swindle Harper. He was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville.

He served his country proudly for over 31 years being in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force. He fought in World War II, the Korean War, three tours in Vietnam and Azores. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason and was retired from Sherwin Williams. He enjoyed serving his country, being a Mason, fishing, watching baseball, and The Gaither’s.

W.A. "Dub" Winston

W.A. “Dub” Winston of Sheridan, Ark., was born Aug. 26, 1940, at Sheridan, the son of the late Bennie and Doris Reynolds Winston.

“Dub” had a servant’s heart, and was an active, lifelong, member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. He was a well known, and well respected member of the community. He had served in the United States Naval Air Reserve, and later, he founded Pulpwood Producers, and owned and operated it for 56 years.

Baylee Brook Jacks

Baylee Brook Jacks of Sheridan, Ark., was born Oct. 19, 1998, in Benton, Ark., the daughter of Chris Jacks and Jodie Walters Jacks.

Baylee died June 5, 2018, as a result of an automobile accident at the age of 19.

Baylee enjoyed hunting, photography, going to the lake and the movies, reading, and listening to all types of music.

Glenna Sue (Nana) Sigler Horn

Glenna Sue (Nana) Sigler Horn of Sheridan, Ark., was born March 9, 1940, in McRae, Ark., the daughter of the late Henry and Ovie Williams Sigler.

She was a retired waitress and enjoyed watching wrestling, reading, and playing with her great-grandchildren. She was an avid Razorback fan and she loved to “call the hogs”.

James Thomas “Jimmy” Taylor of Sheridan, Ark., was born Jan. 6, 1940, at Orange County, Calif., the son of the late James B. and Lillian Ashby Taylor.
